Connexa by Mind Arch ("we") provides team chat and AI-assisted features. This page summarizes how we handle personal data. For EU/UK users, we process data in line with GDPR principles: lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, and accountability.
When you use translation, summaries, or meeting notes, content may be sent to our AI provider (e.g. Google Gemini) to generate results. Configure team glossary and preferred language in-app. We do not sell your chat content to advertisers. Your data is processed to deliver the requested feature and is not used to train public foundation models by default; refer to your AI provider's terms for their retention and abuse-monitoring policies.
Connexa Assistant can inspect your notifications, chat threads, documents, and meetings when you ask it to. The assistant is designed to return metadata first and only expand into deeper content when you explicitly request it.
We retain data as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request account deletion through support where available in the product.
